Admin&Receptionist (Bank)

Job Description

 • Plan and manage catering and venue requirements for conferences, meetings and functions and ensuring cost effectiveness, and all arrangements are within company policy.
• Act as central liaison point for communication for both internal and external customer and maintain database of common contacts, internal and external customers and regularly utilized information.
• Welcome customers and direct them to the right persons
• Manage and book meeting rooms for customer meetings
• Effectively manage the technical Equipment requirement of the Head Office and International banking, and ensure adequate stationery for daily operations.
• Prepare formal correspondents both letter and email.
• Resolve administration issues by identifying solutions
• Establish good working relationships with the business and their staff to ensure all executive management are provided with effective support at all times, Other tasks as required
• Perform other tasks as required by the business

Job Requirements

 • Possess a degree in the field of Secretarial & Administrative affair is a plus
• Working knowledge of administrative functions in an operational environment
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Negotiation and internal & external relationship building
• Confidently and professionally conduct communications with all stakeholders (verbal and written)
• Sound problem solving and decision making skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
